These terms define the rules for using ufmed.pl and provide general information about bookings and purchases handled via external systems.

1. General provisions

The website owner is Małgorzata Bąk Studio Masażu UFMED, Małgorzata Bąk, ul. Dobra 8/10/37, 00-388 Warsaw, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 1131768179.

The website is informational and promotional. It presents services, pricing, blog content, and contact details.

2. Website usage rules

Users must use the website in compliance with applicable law and good practice.
Providing unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights is prohibited.
The administrator may temporarily limit service availability for technical reasons.

3. Bookings and vouchers

Visit bookings are handled through the external Booksy platform.

Voucher purchases are handled through a separate store at voucher.ufmed.pl.

UfMed vouchers are value-based vouchers issued to bearer, which means they may be transferred to another person.

A voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, and any unused amount is not paid out.

Voucher redemption requires booking an appointment in advance and providing the voucher code when contacting reception.

Rules for payments, delivery, cancellation, withdrawal, and complaints for vouchers are defined in documents published on ufmed.pl (Terms and Returns & Complaints), linked from voucher.ufmed.pl before order completion.

4. Liability

The administrator makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current.
Published content is not medical advice and does not guarantee therapeutic outcomes.
The administrator is not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

5. Copyright

All website materials, including text, graphics, photos, and markings, are legally protected.

Copying or redistribution of content requires prior administrator consent unless otherwise permitted by law.
