2. Scope of processed data
- email address provided in the contact form,
- selected service and message content submitted via the form,
- technical data (e.g. IP address) processed temporarily for security purposes.
We do not process special categories of personal data through the contact form.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We process data in order to:
- respond to inquiries sent through the contact form,
- handle correspondence and customer communication,
- protect the form against spam and abuse (Google reCAPTCHA),
- ensure stable website operation and traffic analytics (Google Analytics).
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest), and for pre-contract communication also Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
5. Data retention
- contact form data is stored for as long as necessary to handle correspondence,
- security-related technical data is stored for the period required to detect and limit abuse,
- analytics data retention follows Google tool settings.
