Returns & Complaints
The information below summarizes rules for withdrawals, refunds, and complaint handling across UfMed sales channels.
1. Scope of this document
This document is informational and summarizes key return and complaint handling principles.
For online purchases made at voucher.ufmed.pl, binding terms are the legal documents published on ufmed.pl (Terms and Returns & Complaints), linked in the store before checkout.
UfMed vouchers are value-based vouchers issued to bearer, so they may be transferred to another person.
2. Withdrawal from a distance contract
- Consumers generally have the right to withdraw within 14 days unless a statutory exception applies.
- Detailed rules, deadlines, and procedures for voucher purchases are described in legal documents on ufmed.pl, linked from voucher.ufmed.pl before order completion.
- Information about withdrawal exceptions should be displayed before order completion.
3. Voucher order cancellation
- A consumer may withdraw from an online voucher purchase within 14 days from the date of concluding the contract, provided that the voucher has not been used or partially redeemed.
- The withdrawal statement or cancellation request should be sent to studio@ufmed.pl together with contact details, the order number, and the voucher code if it has already been delivered.
- A refund for a valid withdrawal is made to the payment method used for the purchase unless the parties agree otherwise.
- Voucher redemption requires booking an appointment in advance and providing the voucher code when contacting reception.
- An appointment paid for with a voucher may be cancelled or rescheduled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled visit.
- If the appointment is cancelled later than 24 hours before the visit or the client does not attend, the salon may treat the value of the booked service as used.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are processed without undue delay after a positive claim decision, according to applicable law and channel terms.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method unless both parties agree otherwise.
- A voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, and any unused amount is not paid out.
5. Complaints
- Complaints can be submitted by email to studio@ufmed.pl.
- Please include contact details, order number (if applicable), issue description, and expected resolution.
- Complaints are answered without undue delay and no later than within 14 days, unless applicable law provides for a shorter deadline.
- A complaint may concern, in particular, order processing errors, voucher delivery issues, or incorrect operation of the purchase flow.
