Massage Therapist
A certified massage therapist with several years of professional experience working with the human body. She graduated from a Massage Therapy School and continues to develop her professional skills through daily practice and numerous specialist courses in massage and manual therapy.
Her work is based on an individual approach to every client, focusing on identifying the body’s needs and the sources of tension or discomfort. She specializes in soft tissue therapy and techniques supporting muscle recovery and proper functioning of the musculoskeletal system. She has completed training in elements of manual therapy, fascial therapy and trigger point therapy.
An important part of her practice is working with the lymphatic system, which is why she completed the first level of edema therapy training. She also develops her skills in body contouring and anti-cellulite treatments such as maderotherapy.
In facial therapy she uses techniques such as facial lymphatic drainage, Kobido massage, and the proprietary hormonal massage Faceback, created by Małgorzata Bąk. She has also completed training in physiotherapy of the temporomandibular joint.
In rehabilitation therapies she also works with modern supportive technologies, including the Med-Key alternating current biostimulator, which helps enhance regenerative and therapeutic processes.
In her free time she leads an active lifestyle and is interested in sports, nutrition and body language.
